The Bulgarian Center for Not-For-Profit Law (BCNL - http://www.bcnl.org) was founded in 2001 as not-for-profit legal entity with public benefit purposes. BCNL is registered in the Central Registry for public benefit organizations. Its mission is to provide legal support for the development of civil society in Bulgaria.

BCNL pursues its mission with the strong belief that developing the legal framework for not-for-profit organizations is fundamental to the creation of an independent and prosperous civil society.
